Cold exposure

Brace yourself! A cold bath or quick cold shower for one to two minutes is ideal, adding up to about 11 minutes weekly.

This brisk ritual floods you with dopamine and norepinephrine for mood and energy, enhances circulation, and strengthens your mental resilience. Think of it as a mental wake-up shot, minus the coffee. The water temperature should be uncomfortably cold yet safe to stay in for a few minutes.
