Why it helps?

By “sticking” your hands and feet down, you stimulate sensorimotor integration and deepen your body’s spatial awareness—basically giving your nervous system a fun update while you twist and stretch. Mel Sirois will demonstrate how you can explore different levels and spirals to keep your feet (and focus) on the floor.
