About

My experiences and interests give me a unique understanding of what it is like to grow up in an inconsistent and dysfunctional environment impacted by undiagnosed mental health concerns. As a result of the way I grew up I was inspired to pursue a career in counselling where I could use my own experience and acquired knowledge to support others along their mental health journeys.

My clients describe me using words like calming, collaborative, client-centred, open and accepting, non-judgmental, and curious.
