About

My experience and interests give me a unique understanding of:
- How to navigate and develop mastery in the face of huge emotions, triggers, emptiness, and relational fears
- Learn to fill yourself up and develop the peace of sustainable unconditional self-love, self-trust, and self-worth
- Go from a scarcity mindset aimed at trying to get needs met to an abundance mindset that feels the fulfilment of sharing with and elevating others
- Develop sustainable confidence and trust that isn't conditional on outside circumstances

Insurance & Benefits Coverage

Coverage depends on the insurance plan. Check with your insurance provider to see if your plan covers one of the listed designations:

Coaching, consulting, or education. Some insurance companies offer a flex-type coverage that cover our sessions, but most of my clients pay out of pocket.

Therapeutic Frameworks & Approach

I’m a coach with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, training in somatics, and  more than 15 years of full-time professional practice. To date, I’ve  worked with hundreds of clients in over 7,000 hours of sessions.

My work is rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and compassionate  acceptance of what is. I have been deeply influenced by my trainings in  Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Emotional-Release.

I developed a focus in working with adults on the impacts of childhood  trauma, particularly the kind of trauma resulting from chronically unmet  emotional needs in childhood.

In private practice, I developed  additional focuses on working with attachment anxiety, navigating  relationships, and developing self-worth, self-trust, and self-love.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can welcome every part of yourself. Together, we begin with your direct, felt experience to access  the wisdom of your body, exploring what works and what doesn’t.

For those who wish, spiritual elements can be integrated. Alongside deep presence, I also provide clear tools and strategies and can provide a  highly directive approach (if you're open to it), offering step-by-step  guidance to help you create the transformation you desire in a way that  feels embodied, authentic, sustainable, and self-empowering.
